One Generation Commending
His Works to Another

At Generations Ministries, we are passionate about raising up a generation of Christ-centered leaders who will be able to impact the coming generation. We do this through supporting and assisting pastors and lay leaders.

“One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts.” -Psalm 145:4

about us

Generations Ministries is rooted in a legacy of 40 years of ministry. From its early days as Tom Popelka Ministries which began in 1983, to its new chapter as Generations Ministries in the present. The Ministry of Generations has spanned 5 continents, 4 decades, and countless lives. From establishing orphanages in Eastern Europe to helping train and equip pastors in the U.S. and Central America, our heart is to continue to be faithful in our calling to raise up a generation of believers today to disciple the generation of tomorrow.

International Missions

Missions is a key component to the legacy of Generations Ministries. We have partnerships that have spanned decades in both Eastern Europe and Central America that range from supporting orphanages to training and assisting pastors. Looking to get involved as an individual or congregation? We’d love to connect.

Our Ministries

equipping lay leaders

We believe the work of the ministry is not reserved for pastors and church staff. Instead, God has appointed pastors to raise up leaders within the church and to equip them for ministry. We help this process by offering foundational Bible and Theology classes to better support and equip lay leaders within the church.
Our Training

Pastor Support

Pastors carry a heavy burden and are often so concerned with the worries and needs of others that there is hardly a moment to step back, examine their own gaps, and get the support they need to continue to bless and shepherd others. We support pastors by walking with them through an assessment of their own.

Connect With Us

From this Generation to the Next

We believe God wants to reach the next generation by mobilizing the current generation to take up their place in His Kingdom work. This work won’t be accomplished by the influence of celebrity pastors and their following, but by individuals in the Church who are equipped to faithfully and consistently walk out their calling in their communities. We’re here to help make that a reality.
